Payment - What methods of payment are accepted and how long will set-up take?
- We currently support paypal payment which can be direct through your paypal account or via a visa card. These methods are quick and simple.
- We will shortly have a new system in place that will instantly create the user on the server when payment is received. Your user name and password will be received immediately. In the meantime we expect accounts to be up and running within 6 hours.
- But because of unforeseen circumstances accounts can take upto 24 hours.

SeedBoxes - Where is the server and what spec is it, what speed can I expect?
- Because our main provider is ovh their servers are mainly hosted in Amsterdam. We also use server.lu which are hosted in Luxembourg.
- The speeds on both servers are 100 meg lines.
- The specs vary slightly from Core2Duo 2.33 to a Athlon X2 3.00
- The ram also varies between 2 and 4 gig.

Software and Operating System - What software and O/S is installed on the server?
- We currently run a mix of either gentoo which runs torrentflux-B4rt or ubuntu desktop which runs utorrent v1.8.5.
- We have a few clients installed for you to use, the main two are Utorrent and TorrentFlux-B4rt.

Server Craming - How many clients are on each server?
- There is no definate answer to this as it depends on how much space each client buys. We do however try to ensure that each server runs efficiently and effectively.
- Our servers are constantly monitered for high bandwidth, hard drive space and ram usage.

Support - What kind of support can I expect?
- Our aim is to respond to your enquiry within 12 hours although it is normally much quicker.
- We have enabled you to have manual control over your account which enables you to reboot your software from the control panel therefore eliminating any time delay in contacting us.
